From your first contact with a Pine Haven representative until the day you actually move into our facility, the staff at Pine Haven will actively assist you every step of the way. Our experienced staff will guide you through the entire process as you decide to join the Pine Haven family.

As a first step in learning more about all that Pine Haven has to offer, we would like to invite you to tour our facility and meet with some of our key staff members. Our experienced Admissions Coordinator will assist in determining what services are necessary to meet the needs of you or your loved one. If you decide that Pine Haven is the right choice for you and your family, we will describe to you in detail the admission process, assist with the completion of all required paperwork, and make a final plan for admission date and time. The pre-admission process includes determining an appropriate payor source (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, private funds, and/or private insurance), identifying any special needs (e.g., therapy, special diets, etc.), and arranging for any other specific services necessary to meet your needs.
